My name is M. Shiraz Khan and I am a CPA. I have been in public practice for over 10 years with emphasis in federal and state tax planning and compliance for partnerships, limited liability companies, closely-held corporations, individual tax issues.

I started my career in Accounting @ Weaver LLP in Dallas, TX . Prior to that, I was involved in various retail businesses in operational capacity. I am a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountant. I have been a partner at Rankin and Khan LLP for the last 5 years.
